Anything you share inside a session - spoken, written, or felt - is held in strict professional confidence. Session notes, if kept, are stored privately and are accessible only to Esha Bhardwaj.
The only exceptions are the standard, ethical exceptions to confidentiality: situations where there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to you or another person, or where disclosure is required by law. Wherever possible, this would be discussed with you openly, with care.
Quiz Responses & the “Share This Quiz” Feature
Everything you enter into any quiz on this website - the Emotional Health Status Check-In, the Emotional Wound Map, and any future reflective tools - is treated as private, personal information.
- Your quiz answers remain private.
- Your quiz results are never publicly shared or displayed.
- Your responses are stored securely and only ever viewed with due care.
- When you tap Share This Quiz, only the public quiz link is shared. Your personal answers, scores, and reflections are never included and never leave your device through that feature.
